Good evening, Farm Life Families.  This is our last week for our K-Kids service project of collecting items for the Humane Society and Animal Control.  Our students really appreciate your support.  Week 4 items are:

Non-clumping cat litter, Dog shampoo, Cat beds, and Cat scratchers.

Dates to know for this week include:

• March 30-31:  4th/5th Grade Puberty Lessons

• March 31: End of 3rd Nine Weeks Grading Period

April dates to add to your calendars:

• April 3-7:  Spring Break

• April 11:  1st and 2nd grade Philharmonic Concert

• April 14:  Report cards go home. This is also Kindergarten registration Day.  

  •  Please contact Ms. Garner, our data manager, for an appointment and pre-register at the link found on the email version of this message.  If you know of a child who will be in kindergarten next year, please let the families know about this registration!  Current Kindergarten students will not go to school on this day. Please make arrangements.

• April 20: Duke Energy Science Night and Art Show:  5:30-7:00 PM-You do not want to miss this!

• April 21: Purple Up Day

• April 24:  Annual Heritage Day

…and 5th grade parents, don’t forget to add June 8 at 8:00 AM for our 5th Grade Promotion and 5th grade student Fun Day.

Hard to believe but this will be our last Weekly Update until after spring break.  We hope everyone enjoys the time off.  We look forward to starting back on April 10th and to finishing the year strong!
